Where ever I may roam

I finally got around to organising the first leg of this trip. I’ll be travelling from Perth to Broome, departing on the 9th June and arriving on or before the 4th July 2010. Over those 25 days, I’ll be covering 5300km and visiting a variety of places, as shown in the map below. (more…)

On the 9th of June, 2010 I’ll be departing Perth to drive around Australia. I’ll be heading north first with no definite return date but not sooner than 6 months. Over the past several months I have been making preparations, selling my car and buying a Landcruiser Troop Carrier, decking the ‘cruiser out, buying various equipment and tools that are needed and taking it on a few test trips. There is still a fair amount to do and with 2 weeks left I will be busying finalising everything. (more…)
