During my first leg of travels there was one place in particular that I had to call into, a (former) town called Goldsworthy, about 100km NE of Port Headland. The only directions I had to go on was a vague marking on a map indicating that I should travel down some private railway roads in order to get there. After some driving back and forth and a bit of walking I managed to find the remnants of the town.

Why did I go there? I wasn’t sure then and 2 months later I’m still not sure. I guess I wanted to get to know someone better, even tho it was phenomenally too late for that and to make amends for what transpired.

The following photos are a visual record of what is left of the town of Goldsworthy as of 2nd July 2010. I doubt that I covered everything but part of the experience could not be photographed.

Apologies to those that deserve it.
